Lawen Festival Festsaal Kreuzberg, Berlin am 27.09.25

The Lawen festival brings together Berlin based artist from various musical genres. From classical Arabic pop to Jazz and experimental blends by DJs from Berlin’s vibrant party scene, Lawen invites you to explore the many directions Arabic music can take in the city. We want to engage the artists and the audience posing the question “where to?” (“lawen?”), a question that moves many of us: how do we find a place for ourselves and our music in the world? We want to present different styles of Arabic music in Berlin, ask how they relate to each other and discuss where we go from here. We invite everybody who is interested in Arabic music to join us for a day and night full of concerts, party, workshops, solidarity and joy.
